These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the UpCycle.mobi website and services
operated by UpCycle Debris Management Private Limited.

2. Services

UpCycle provides intra-city debris removal and waste management services to commercial clients.
All services are subject to availability, site accessibility, and compliance with applicable regulations.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information during inquiry, on-boarding, and payment processes.
Misuse, false data, or non-payment may lead to service termination.

4. Booking and Cancellations

Service bookings must be confirmed via email or WhatsApp (with follow-up email). Cancellations
within 4 hours of scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.

5. Pricing and Payments

All pricing is based on debris type, estimated weight, site access, and additional services requested.
Invoices are to be paid as per agreed terms. UpCycle reserves the right to add late fees for overdue
payments.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on UpCycle.mobi, including text, images, and logos, is the property of UpCycle and
cannot be reused or redistributed without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

UpCycle is not liable for incidental damages, delays due to external events (traffic, weather), or any
loss resulting from service interruptions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the site or services after changes
constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any
disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru
